TERMS
& CONDITIONS OF SALE |

On submission of an order form you will be
charged the full price for your order. All payments must be
made in pound sterling via Paypal, by debit/credit card, or
by cheque. Please also see FAQS page.

Should
your product(s) be damaged when received you must notify us
of this within 2 working days.

We
will endeavour to deliver your rug within 10-14 working days
and other products within 5 working days unless stated to the
contrary from the point of receipt of the payment. Please note
that we are unable to take responsibility for any delays in
delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances.

The
prices quoted are for a delivery address in mainland UK only.
If you wish your order to be delivered outside of mainland UK,
please email us at info@comolongmo.com
for a separate quotation.

We
reserve the right to update and change the terms and conditions
of sales for the product(s) without prior notice to buyers.
If you use the Comolongmo.com after the changes come into effect
you will be bound by the new terms and conditions of sale. If
you have any queries please do not hesitate to write to us at
info@comolongmo.com.

The
above conditions apply to products other than custom made rugs.
Custom made rugs will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

We
reserve the right to refuse any order(s) in which case if you
have been already charged, we will refund via a cheque within
28 working days.

All
orders and these terms and conditions shall be construed and
governed by English Law. Any disputes in respect of the subject
hereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English Courts.
