How can I contact you?

We are an Internet based company. Therefore, you may contact us at all time via email at info@comolongmo.com. We will endeavour to reply to all queries within 48 hours. In addition, we now have a stall in markets; Spitalfields and Greenwich. For further information please contact us.

How do I pay for the products?

We accept payment via Paypal or by cheque. Please note that we will not dispatch your order until your payment is cleared.

What is Paypal?

Paypal is an eBay Company that enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and/or pay and/or receive payments online with credit or debit card.

How does Paypal work?

You will have to create an account with Paypal which is a straight forward and free process. For further information please log on to www.paypal.com.

How do I pay by debit/credit card?

When making a debit/credit payment, please do not use "ADD TO BASKET" buttons in the website. Instead, please download the ORDER FORM FOR A DEBIT/CREDIT PAYMENT and follow the instruction in the form. Please allow 5 working days for the delivery after the payment is cleared.

How do I pay by cheque?

When making a cheque payment, please do not use "ADD TO BASKET" buttons in the website. Instead, please download and print out the ORDER FORM FOR A CHEQUE PAYMENT and follow the instruction in the form. Please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear and another 5 working days for the delivery.

I would like to see and feel the products before purchasing. Do you have an outlet?

We are an Internet based company and do not have an outlet. However, we have a stall in Spitalfields & Greenwich Market. For further information please contact us.

Can I pick up the products personally from the warehouse?

In order to give you the best value for the price we endeavour to keep our overhead and storage costs down. We achieve this by storing the rugs in Nepal. You will, therefore, not be able to collect your rug personally. However, we do have some rugs in the UK and you can buy them from our market stalls in Spitalfields & Greenwich.

As for organic tea, wrapping paper, jewellery, and pashmina shawls, we stock the products with us and send them to you by recorded delivery, or you can again purchase them from our market stalls.

What carrier do you use?

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all purposes.

How long will it take to deliver the products?

If the rug you ordered is in stock, from the point of receiving the payment, it will take 10-14 days to deliver to your doorstep. Organic tea, wrapping paper, jewellery and/or pashmina shawls which are in stock will take 5 working days.

 

What happens if the products do not arrive?

If the products do not arrive after 14 working days (for rugs) or 5 working days (for organic tea, paper, jewellery and pashmina shawls) after your payment has been cleared, please contact us through email at info@comolongmo.com. And we will contact the carrier to rectify the matter at the earliest possible opportunity.

 

Does the picture actually portray the colour schematics for the products?

The colour seen through your monitor is close to the actual colour of the products. However, slight colour variation are a natural characteristic of hand-made products.

How old are the rugs?

All rugs are new. We do not sell used old or antique rugs.

How many knots per square inch are there in the rug?

We sell two types of KTS rugs:

- 60 knots per square inch
- 100 knots per square inch

Are the rugs made perfectly symmetrical?

KTS rugs are completely hand-made, that is hand-spun, hand-dyed, and hand-woven. The natural charasteristic of a hand-made rug is that it may not be perfectly symmetrical and this adds to the uniqueness and charm of the rug.
